Dreams

I wonder what they mean.

Do you ever have dreams that you have left your kids at home by themselves for some crazy unknown reason and you are rushing, fighting, trying to get back home, all the time in a frenzy of panic and fear? I have had several of these, but now I've had them two nights in a row. They start out peaceful, like I'm just out doing something like taking a run or shopping and then realize what I've done and start to freak out. Any interpretations?

If I were you, I would pray and ask the HS to show you if the dream was from Him or from the Enemy (that is if you feel it is a prophetic dream). It could just be a natural dream born out of your fears...which in my opinion, is more than likely from the Enemy! :) I believe each person has a dream language--things that are symbolic to them. It helps to write out the dream and pray through it--seeking peace in the understanding of it. But don't get obsessed. :)

I think dreams are somewhat based on your life and your thoughts. You are probably just a bit stressed about your kids and worry about failing them in some way. I wouldn't take it too seriously, though. I used to always dream that I didn't make it to class on the first day of school, and it never happened. Just jitters coming through in my dreams.
